📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) may receive orders faster within 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking details via SMS and email once your order is shipped.
Do you deliver to all locations in India?
Yes! We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if your location is serviceable by entering your pin code. Some remote areas may have slightly longer delivery times.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 applies. No hidden charges - the final amount you see at checkout is exactly what you pay!
💳 Payment Options
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across India at no extra charge. Please keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery for a smooth experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. We're working on adding online payment options including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking very soon!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not damaged by the customer
Note: Earrings and nose pins are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@zyrajewels.shop with your order number
- Include photos of the product and reason for return
- Our team will review and arrange pickup within 24-48 hours
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account (bank details required) or as store credit.

Our jewellery is premium artificial/fashion jewellery. We use high-quality alloys with gold or silver plating to give you a luxurious look at accessible prices. Our pieces are designed to look and feel elegant without the heavy price tag of precious metals.

To keep your jewellery looking beautiful:

- Avoid contact with water, perfume, and cosmetics
- Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercising
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Store separately to prevent scratching
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All our orders come in elegant branded packaging that's perfect for gifting. No additional gift wrapping is needed - your jewellery will arrive beautifully presented and ready to gift!
Will the colour fade over time?
With proper care, our jewellery maintains its shine for a long time. The longevity depends on usage and care. Avoiding contact with water, chemicals, and storing properly will help maintain the finish for years.
🛒 Orders & Account
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest! However, creating an account lets you track orders easily, save addresses for faster checkout, and view your order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at info@zyrajewels.shop for any changes.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/wrong item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund - no questions asked!
