1 Overview

- Customized/Engraved items
- Sale/Clearance items
- Products without tags
- Used or damaged items
- Items returned after 7 days
3 Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Product must not be altered or damaged by the customer
- Order confirmation and invoice must be available
Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet these conditions. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for refund.
4 Return Process
Initiate Return Request
Email us at returns@zyrajewels.shop with your order number and reason for return
Request Approval
Our team will review and approve your request within 24-48 hours
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely and ship to our return address (provided in approval email)
Quality Check
We inspect the returned product within 2-3 business days of receipt
Refund Processed
Refund initiated to original payment method within 7-10 business days
5 Refund Timelines
Once your return is approved and the product passes quality check:
- COD Orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days (bank details required)
- Online Payments: Refund to original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Store Credit: Instant store credit (optional, valid for 1 year)
Refund Amount: Full product amount will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
6 Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch
- Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- Please refuse delivery if you don't want the order
- Returned orders will be processed as per return policy
Cancellation by Zyra Jewels
We may cancel orders in the following cases:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent order
- Delivery not serviceable to your location
In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.
7 Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
- We will arrange a free pickup of the product
- You can choose replacement or full refund (including shipping)
- Replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days
8 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Initiate a return for the original product
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Once the return is processed, you'll receive your refund
9 Return Shipping
- Customer Returns: Shipping cost borne by customer
- Defective/Wrong Products: Free pickup arranged by us
- Use a trackable shipping method for your protection
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit during customer-shipped returns
