• Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• You will receive an email with tracking details once shipped
• Order processing may be delayed during sale periods

7 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD available on all orders across India
• No additional COD charges
• Please keep exact change ready for the delivery person
• COD orders may take 1-2 extra days for verification

8 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect Address: Re-delivery charges may apply
• Customer Unavailable: Courier will attempt 2-3 deliveries
• Refused Delivery: Order will be returned and processed as per return policy
• Address Unreachable: We will contact you to arrange alternative delivery
